The Billing Coordinator is responsible for effectively working with finance, accounting, client services, and the sales operations departments to develop accurate and timely invoicing of reimbursable expenses to clients.Responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of reimbursable expenses to clientsPrepare and compile support for all reimbursable expenses being invoiced to clientsEnsure expenses being invoiced are within terms of the client contractTimely and professionally address all client inquiriesPerform all other duties as assigned5:7 years relevant accounting experienceProficient computer skills, with intermediate : advanced Excel skillsMeticulous attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others (both internal and external)Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to use judgment, make decisions, and raise questions/issues as in a timely manner as neededAbility to multi:taskStrong prioritization and organizational skills
