Job Description CLC, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. The administrative duties of this position will be answering phones, assisting the Executive Director as needed, all office supply orders and any other duties as assigned. Bookkeeping duties will consist of the processing and recording of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, assisting the Accountant with payroll and HR functions, processing expense reports and stipends. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: · 3+ years of cumulative relevant experience in administration and accounting operations · 1+ years working experience with Quickbooks · Proficient with MS Office-Outlook, Excel, and Word · Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Dependable and reliable and punctual Benefits available upon completion of probationary period.
