We are looking for money:motivated, successful salespeople who want a career position with enormous long:term potential. Our proven sales process is easy to follow, so if you are not afraid to pick up the phone and are serious about working for a growing company with a national internet presence and unlimited future potential, then we are looking for you.
We provide a base wage + commission for each sale as well as real:time leads from prospects who have requested help with their Medicare supplemental coverage. No telemarketing or cold:calling and no kitchen:table sales : you will work with clients right from your desk here in our office. Our agents who have been here 12 months or more routinely earn 70K+

The Right Candidates will preferably have:
2 : 3 years sales experience preferred with great phone voice and conversational skills OR a college degree with ambition and willingness to train
Personal integrity with a dedication to do whats right for each client
Possess a genuine willingness to learn and grow
Solid Microsoft office skills: able to type, navigate internet, use email efficiently
Clear criminal background and credit history
We are very happy to train highly motivated individuals even if they have no insurance background.
You must be a positive, loyal team player, a quick learner, and a coachable and confident closer who is not afraid to ask for a clients business.
