Job Description:/h3:

Job Statement: To develop, enhance and solidify client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and expanding account lines of business.
Essential Job Functions
:Provide prompt, courteous and consistent service and assistance to clients as needed;
:Create and maintain strong relationship with clients;
:Maintain consistent and continuous communication with team, employees, clients and management through the use of the Firms secured and controlled Communication Systems;
:Provide needed information and pro:active suggestions, execute strategic solutions, and resolve issues for clients;
:Explain complex insurance products;
:Review carrier, new and renewal, quotes and negotiate terms that best fit the clients needs;
:Coordinate the new and renewal marketing process;
:Complete renewal checklist for assigned accounts;
:Maintain Electronic Document Filing System;
:Develop and grow assigned accounts through relationship building, exceptional service, and identification of areas for improvement;
:Secure insurance applications and information from clients;
:Support Producers and other Wortham client support team in meeting the clients needs;
:Work primarily in the Firm office setting, including work during the Firms core hours, to best serve client needs and effectively interact with the insurance markets and other team members;
:Oversee, provide guidance and assist, when necessary, with new and renewal account marketing process;
:Assist support staff in sourcing insurance market for new and renewal marketing;
:Travel to client locations to better understand the clients business needs and to develop the business relationship;
:Ensure the security and integrity of client and Firm data when working in the office setting on Firm managed systems, as well as, temporarily accessing and using such data while working remotely, as may be required in service of the client or further the Firm interests;
:Regularly assess and identify client and team needs or issues and communicate with the Producer and/or Firm management;
:Act as a positive role model for co:workers and other team members in terms of work ethic, support of the Firms goals and objectives, focus, results and level of positive energy;
:Participate in seminars and other training, including marketing and sales meetings with other team members, to maintain required skill levels and enhance job and industry knowledgepany Description:/h3:
