Job Description Seeking an Office Administrator to join Diamond Fitness! You will perform clerical, organizational and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This initially is a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30 to 4 (flexible) job with intermittent breaks when Owner is out of town or on sales calls. Small business working directly with the owner. Business is a 28 year old sales company that sells and services sauna, steam, sports floors and commercial exercise equipment. Must be highly organized , good listener, self-driven and able to do data entry/computer input efficiently. Company needs someone to organize paper flow/filing, take backlogged issues while working on and meeting current challenges. Quick Books experience a plus but not necessary. Opportunity for more secure position will be based on personal and company performance. Potential for remote work exists once home office and protocols are established. Responsibilities: Develop and implement organized e-filing systems Billing, estimating, accounts payable Project Manage tasks Follow direction from Owner of company Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration, QuickBooks, excel, etc. Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Work is in a small home office with cats just north of Hudson Oaks in a serene wooded area. Company Description Well established sales/value added company requiring organizational assistance both in residential office and employee's home remote input. Based on taking ownership of delegated tasks, quality of work and company production improvement, compensation through added hours and hourly rate possible.
