Job Description Provide administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as updating and reformatting department files Project a professional company image through in person email and phone interaction while assisting in the completion of respective job responsibilities as necessary This person will be collaborating with safety ops and marketing to update and reformat documents Scan and copy correspondence and documentation as requested Check for accuracy Editing and proofreading any documents as necessary Transmit information and documents electronically computer scan and by hard copy Organize database files Competencies Skills Team Service Oriented Proficiency in MS Office Excellent telephone skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Organizational and multi tasking skills Detail oriented Experience in performance of administrative duties to top level executives Measures of Success Performance Expectations and Measures Timeliness and accuracy of completion of assigned responsibilities Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in similar administrative positions Good computer skills Bluebeam is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook Effective communication skills in writing and typing Effective organization skills PI
