The Learning Management System Administrator role is responsible for the administrative and end user support of our learning management system and social learning technology. This role provides ongoing systems support and systems strategy support to provide optimal learning management platform performance to support employee engagement and learning, and to optimize business operations.JOB DUTIES:Supports HR platforms by providing functional and technical system support including, super user system administration, process implementation, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, reference guide creation and ternal customer reporting relationship with Talent Development and Organizational Development and third party vendors as needed regarding system implementation, maintenance and enhancement recommendations.Meet established internal customer Service Level Agreements.Provide best in class customer service when communicating solutions to end users. Develop, test and implement new custom reports. Periodically auditing existing reports and managing the inventory of all reports. Assist with the development, Coordination, and Facilitation of User Acceptance Testing that account for business activities to be used for admin testing, user testing, and documentation of system defects.Document platforms and system standard operating procedures REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:Reports to: TD and OC SupervisorDirect reports: No QUALIFICATIONS: KnowledgeKnowledge of learning management and social learning trends and methodology.Knowledge of SuccessFactors or Plateau learning technology is preferred. Working knowledge of SharePoint including lists, workflows and libraries SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organization and time management skillsProficiency in Excel, including VLookup, filtering, sorting and other basic functionalityConsistently demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; juggle and manage competing tasks and demands; and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to take the initiative to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and make decisions within the functional area of responsibility with minimal direct supervisionDocumenting Standard Operating Procedures Experience: BachelorA?s Degree preferred but not required, preferably with major course work in information systems, human resources, business process analysis, operational documentation, and workflow analysis/process reengineeringExperience working with Cloud Based SAP Success Factors modules preferredMinimum of 2 years of reporting and queriesMinimum of 2 years of experience in learning management systems
