Duties and Responsibilities
:Design and develop leadership development content for BNSF's leadership programs using data analysis; leverage multiple learning technologies, including e:learning.
:Serves as the digital learning expert, develops new approaches to learning, creates digital content, interactive virtual learning experiences, and micro:learning experiences to enhance face:to:face and virtual learning workshops.
:Assists in developing and reviewing educational materials (for example, videos, quick reference guides, templates, checklists, process documents, etc.) supporting the release of new L and OD programs
:Serve as a project manager for learning and development projects.
:Consult on hiring, ongoing support, and evaluation of leadership coaches and facilitators.
:Ensure quality delivery for leadership development solutions; provide consultation, feedback, and support to the coaching and facilitation team.
:Provide consultation, design, and deliver organizational development projects and initiatives as needed (with and without external vendors and consultants).
:Partner with the HR matrix team to conduct needs assessments and drive solution:focused OD intervention activities.
:Facilitate leadership training and program rollouts as needed.
:Analyze and report on program evaluation results, continuous improvement, and program integrations.
:Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Education, Human Resources or business:related field
:Three years organizational development, leadership development, talent management or related Human Resources experience
:Training Design and Development Skills
:Project Management Skills
:Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
:Strong analytic and problem:solving skills
:Strong attention to detail
:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
:Graduate degree in related field
:Experience with E:learning development tools (Lectora, Captivate, Articulate, etc.).
:Two years project lead/management experience
:Vendor management experience
