Our Opportunity: Schwab is leading the way with innovative software solutions in our Business Process Management Technology group. This position is focused on the management of our department level business workflows and document processing technology. The team lead management position will require a deep understanding of current BPM, integration, document, and database technologies. This team is highly visible and valued as their applications are responsible for the initiation of key business processes at Schwab. What youA cents € (TM) ll do: Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by providing the leadership and vision aligned to organizational goals Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with other groupA cents € (TM) s development managers Communicate to staff about job expectations by providing coaching, counseling and performance appraisals Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution while empowering teams to self-organize Build and maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
