U.S. Anesthesia Partners : Texas, is actively recruiting additional CRNAs to join their Plaza Fort Worth Division. The position is a 4:5 day work week and call is optional. The cases are primarily ortho, spine, thoracic, vascular, GI, EP, specials, neuro, bariatric, general surgery, kidney transplants, cardiac is optional. This position might also include some cross coverage at the Plaza Day Surgery Center across the street. Cases would be Endo, Plastics, ENT, Eye, Ortho, general surgery, and some pain. Work hours are usually 630:645am, onwards cases finishing around 2:3pm by latest. The pay would be hourly and based on years of experience. It would also include shift differentials. Come join a practice that provides a great location, work:life balance, and a fantastic team of providers ready to welcome you into this amazing opportunityRESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to): CRNAA?s will be responsible for maintaining the anesthetic record including checking out and returning controlled substances.CRNAA?s are responsible for breaking down the OR Anesthesia records, documenting appropriately in the chart and ensuring the Anesthesia related charges are submitted to the appropriate hospital departments.CRNAA?s are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner in working with medical staff, patients and hospital personnel.CRNAA?s must comply with HIPAA, OSHA and all hospital rules and regulations.CRNAA?s must complete HIPAA online training as provided by Pinnacle.CRNAA?s will assist in the coding of anesthesia services.CRNA license must be kept current at all times.JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): Graduation from an accredited graduate school of nurse anesthesia.Pass a national certification examination following graduation.Knowledge of Pinnacle and hospital organization policies, procedures and systems. Knowledge of medical practice and care to assist in giving patient care. Knowledge of medical equipment, medications and instruments.Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.Skill in assisting in a variety of treatments and settings.Skill in verbal and written communication and maintaining records. Skill in gathering and reporting information. Ability to work effectively and independently with hospital personnel, physicians and patients.Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Must have a pleasant disposition and high tolerance level.
