Position Summary Under the direction of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services the Executive Chef performs the functions of assisting with delivering and picking up of food served to patient care areas, sanitation of all service items to include dishroom and other related duties including stocking, mopping floors, serving customer, inventory, assisting other team members as needed and outstanding customer/guest service relations. Assists with projects as needed. Provides consistent, quality nutrition care and service according to hospital/regulatory standards.
