We currently have an opportunity for a large healthcare services provider located in Bedford TX. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need a qualified healthcare/medical support candidates to help the business continue to grow! This is a temporary role slated to last about 6 months or more in duration, based upon the needs of the business, with a potential for longer term. Pay: $14.00-14.50Hours: Schedule can range, based on business need. Start time will range from 5am-8:30am, and will be 8 hour shifts 40 hours per week. ie 5:00am-1:30pm, 6:00am-2:30pmDevelops skills and actively seeks information to understand customer'scircumstances, problems, expectations, and needs. Shares and/or conveysinformation to customers maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.Interacts with customers to provide information in response to routine inquiries about products or services.Assists in researching and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.Becomes familiar with and utilizes computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.May learn to process routine/simple transactions. Transaction processing may be specified by authority/guidelines.Becomes familiar with policies and procedures, as well as the business and organization. Complies with company and regulatory guidelines.Performs other duties as assignedWorking hours: Schedule can range, based on business need.
