Job Title: Recruiter Reports To: Director, Human Resources

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter works with multiple Managers, Recruiting Coordinators and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify strategic staffing strategies. The Recruiter is the resource person for the recruitment process in their assigned geographical area. The Recruiter has oversight of the Recruiting Coordinators who are responsible for additional recruiting duties in assigned geographical areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
:Develops recruitment strategies, policies and procedures with the Director of HR, HRBPs and Recruitment Coordinators. This may include job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non:digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, strategic planning and talent planning.
:Builds and maintains talent pipelines and candidate pools to meet current and future staffing needs through innovative strategies that support the growth plans of the business.
:Oversees the recruitment process and life:cycle.
:For posted/advertised vacant positions, the Recruiter writes the posting/advertisement from the job description.
:Develops social media strategy for recruiting.
:Attends job fairs and other functions concerning recruitment requirements.
:Functions as a resource specialist for Recruiting Coordinators by developing and presenting recruitment and selection training.
:Identifies and sources appropriate talent succession within the organization.
:Develops relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manages the procurement and measurement process.
:Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and Recruiting Coordinators with hiring and employment data.
:Develops specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
:Implements sourcing strategy and maintains contacts with appropriate recruiting sources to effectively build a qualified, diverse field of talent to meet organizational needs and reporting requirements.
:Mentors employees, conducts performance evaluations, counsels and provides disciplinary actions to assigned personnel, and/or works to facilitate individual and team development that drives positive results. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
:Champions affirmative action efforts in all aspects of employment, including but not limited to staffing, training, promotion, etc. Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of company/department policies and procedures.
:Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
:High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
:At least three years of experience in recruitment/selection, affirmative action plan administration, development of staffing models, employment law application, and/or marketing.
Knowledge and Skills:
:This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
