Averitt is Hiring Dedicated Flex Drivers
Start at 41 per Mile
Dedicated Flex Drivers work for one account at a time (minimum of one week or until customers needs are met), then haul another dedicated customers product. Being flexible and having the desire to work with and unload a wide variety of freight are key requirements for these positions. Plus occasionally supporting other Averitt operations when needed, to ensure youll always be rolling.
To make sure youre well compensated for your flexibility, Flex Drivers earn the highest rate of pay in Averitts dedicated fleet
2,500 SIGN:ON BONUS
(Through February 28, 2017)
Start at 41 per mile
Generally home every week : rarely out two weeks.
Dedicated Flex Drivers earn an average of 1,100 per week
Additional stop and unloading pay for some accounts that require unloading (not all accounts)
Detention, Layover, and Breakdown pay when applicable
Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
To qualify for a position on Averitt s elite dedicated fleet, you must have a Class A CDL, 1 year of experience, and an impressive safety record
Company paid training is available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience.
