We are in search of an outgoing, friendly, experienced, and talent individual to lead a complex team of early childcare educators and assure our parents they have made the right choice in their child care decision
Candidate must haves include:
The ability to ensure that state licensing regulations are met at all times and the quality of care provided to children meets the company standards.
Must possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail, and proven leadership.
Minimum 4:5 year experience as a Director.
Child care classroom teacher experience a strong plus
Comfortable behind a computer: Word, Excel and center management programs
Understand and promote a varied and developmentally appropriate curriculum
Able to positively interact with parents and staff in a sensitive and professional manor.
Able to provide support and development to center staff and maintain all center policies
Strong time:management skills
Promote the center in the community and sell our wonderful program
Experienced with financial reports, revenue collection
Develops appropriate learning programs, events and activities
Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring center goals
Execute marketing plan (both internal and external) necessary to maintain desired enrollment.
Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
: Manage assigned school in accordance with company financial and budgetary guidelines.
: Hire, train, and supervise teachers and other staff.
: Operate the school according to state licensing standards
: Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
: Purchase supplies, equipment, food and other materials necessary for program operations.
: Ensure a safe environment for the children in our care.
