Serve as a primary administrator for the Learning Management System:SuccessFactors MyLearning and Business Objects Reporting; coordinateand implement training governance for exempt training administration (SuccessfactorsLearning), set up audiences, training assignments, ensure system integrity
Manage and implementtraining evaluation processes andsystems (i.e., viaQualtricssystem); evaluate instructor performance, make recommendations for delivery, training content, and administrative improvements
Serve as a lead in developing training program logistics and administrative processes
Manage administration for the People Leader Training Coaches and Facilitators; ensure contracts are executed, timely payment of invoices, and timely scheduling of training courses
Manage and ensure efficiency in training administration-coach scheduling/changes, evaluations, observation and feedback programs
Develop and maintain internal Leadership University website; analyze training needs, develop content and manager tools
Oversee eLearning quality, testing, and implementation processes for the LOD team; coordinate with the Technical Training team.
Own, administer and facilitate Railroad 101 training for BNSF employees
Assist with other learning and development activities as business needs require
Establish and monitor efficient/scalable training material processes; ensure cost controls are in place for training administration
Must be able to work early morning and evenings as required for training events; some travel may be required.
Bachelor's degree and at least3 years of professional work experience
Work experience/involvement with implementing large scale projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical skills; problem:solving skills
Strong systems/technicalskills; Microsoft Office,Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat
Work experience in Human Resources or Training
Experience withSuccessFactors
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Experience leading technical projects
Experience with Business Objects reporting (BobJ)
Instructional design or training development experience
