Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/Healthcare firm, is currently seeking an HR Project Manager (Employee Relations) for a 6 month contract position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Fort Worth, TX. Supports organizational culture by assessing the alignment of employee behavior at all levels with organization values, principals and policies, as well as Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations. Designs and delivers relevant solutions and interventions to help create a work environment that matches companyA?s strategy and culture. When required, addresses allegations and investigates complaints to ensure employee behavior is consistent with company culture expectations related to fairness, compliance, accountability and equity. Will utilize project managementA?s body of knowledge and systems skills to promote innovative solutions and stream:lined processes for new / evolving work flows, technology, etc. This will include initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing a project. The incumbent will establish effective working relationships with process owners and other stakeholders through ownership and effective communication. This will include informing stakeholders of the approved project charter to ensure common understanding of the key deliverables, milestones and their roles and responsibilities. Ensures all project requirements and objectives are clearly documented and maintained with periodic updates provided to management. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for project results, resolving any issues and solving problems throughout project life cycle. Qualifications + Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field and minimum of three yearsA? experience in human resources, employee relations, or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years Human Resources project management experience + Ability to manage multiple assignments within established deadlines. + Ability to identify, elicit and distill essential information needed to assess issue and resolve problems. Research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations and plans of action. + Excellent communication, reporting and technical skills. + Working knowledge of employee relations principles, practices and procedures of Human Resources Management and ability to interpret company policies + Working knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment law + Data analytics and metrics : ability to respond/translate A?clientA? needs and build actionable metrics for end users + Demonstrated track record of prior project management role + Consultative Skills : Must be able to consult, advise, and follow up as needed with HRBPs and/or Business Leaders to ensure all project requirements are met + Data Management/Excel Skills : Must be able to accurately manage large volumes of data, use analytic formulas to catch anomalies, ensure proper cell formatting, etc. Important information : This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
