Description Experienced HR Generalist : Fort Worth We are growing at a rapid pace and as a result are seeking talented people to join our team. We have an immediate opening for an experienced HR Generalistat our headquarter office located adjacent to DFW airport in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including employment processing, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and completing personnel transactions. Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action. Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. Provides New Hire orientation and benefit enrollment for new employees onsite and at branch locations. Implementation of programs to comply with various governmental regulations dealing with EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and other related Federal and State laws. Participation in survey participation and job evaluation. Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions. Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential. Interprets and administers Human Resources policies and answers questions regarding procedures and programs. Sets up and maintains all personnel, medical and benefit files Assists in the review and/or create new or revised job descriptions for entities within area of responsibility Qualifications Minimum of 5:7 years experience as a generalist in human resources required which includes recruiting, performance management, employee relations, benefits, and training. Strong customer service mindset. Responsive nature with strong sense of urgency to handle matters quickly and accurately. Must maintain confidentiality in all matters related to position. High integrity, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in an evolving organization. General knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL and related Federal and State laws required.
