Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Assist hiring departments in posting student and staff positions. 2. Conducts and/or participates in presentations to special interest groups and university administrators. 3. Follow up with departments regarding completion of the hiring process and obtaining all necessary supporting documents. 4. Attend a variety of community and student:related events. 5. Answers and clarifies personnel policy and procedure questions for departments and employees. 6. Helps maintain the Equal Employment Policy of the Institution in all aspects of personnel management. 7. Maintains Departmental website. 8. Maintains standard operating procedures for Employment Services. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications BachelorA?s degree in Human Resources or a related field and three years of experience in Human Resources or the equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with PeopleAdmin Applicant Tracking System and PeopleSoft.
