As our Plant Manager you will have operational responsibility and accountability for production line in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment. You will provide leadership and implement organizational strategies in production areas to meet safety, quality and production design goals in addition to cost objectives, product and technology development, and promoting a strong team atmosphere. :Manage production operations to meet product demand requirements, exceed machine design parameters, and facilitate product/technology development opportunities
:Establish systems to ensure conformance of product to quality requirements that meet or exceed quality standards
:Actively pursue ways to meet site yield expectation and cost objectives established by the business
:Create an environment that promotes positive teamwork and accomplishments
:Actively lead and support the plant safety programs
:Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, employee relations, quality, productivity and cost
:Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, mentor, and consistently produce results through others
:Ability to introduce innovative ideas and concepts to facilitate continued growth
:Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing costs and financial controls
:Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
Advanced skills with personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software)
Bachelors Degree (advanced degree preferred)
:10 + years in a management role in a high speed manufacturing environment
:5 + years of experience managing others
