Job Description Position Summary The Advisor Recruiting Program Manager is responsible for supporting the synchronized efforts of the Recruiting Team while managing recruiting programs designed to source and select candidates pursuing the Financial Advisor position with First Command. Primary responsibilities include the integration of marketing support, technology, social media, business partners and strategic innovations while working towards maintaining and improving the quality of the overall candidate experience. The Advisor Recruiting Program Manager is responsible for helping maintain the continuity and quality of recruitment marketing to include advertising, career pages, job postings and recruiting collateral. The Program Manager deploys, manages and evaluates First CommandA?s participation in veteran related programs, career fairs and use of recruiting tools, job boards and software. This unique position requires tremendous relationship acumen and communication skills in order to effectively coordinate the operational efforts of the five National field divisions and the home office while using appropriate situational leadership and influence to accomplish the corporate goal for selling advisors. Responsibilities Assist Director, Advisor Recruiting in execution of duties to guide SRCs and RSs in support of recruiting goals. _Partner with five divisional recruiting teams to achieve annual recruiting goals_ Support Director, Advisor Recruiting, design, plan and implement enterprise:wide Advisor Recruiting campaigns, sponsorships, events, and social media activities. Monitor, track and report on effectiveness of campaigns, sponsorships, events, and social media. Track and report talent data analytics. Design and produce recruitment advertisements, job postings and external Recruiting correspondence. Determine creative direction for the Financial Advisor careers website, recruiting collateral, presentations, media plans and recruiting resource materials to ensure the content is aligned with the recruiting mission outlined by the Director of Recruiting and the Executive Leadership Team. Develop and maintain content for the First Command Advisor Careers website as well as other web:based recruiting presence. Serve as the Recruiting DepartmentA?s Registered Principal ensuring the entire recruiting team adheres to FINRA and the SEC rules and regulatory compliance Provide principal approval on Advisor job postings and recruitment advertising and maintain record for FINRA reporting and recordkeeping purposes. Assist in developing key messaging, target audience and enterprise:wide recruiting strategies including recruitment plans and programs. Assist in managing and reporting recruiting budgets and expenditures. Develop business with external sourcing partners to promote the Financial Advisor career to the veteran talent pool. Develop and maintain relationships with military:focused organizations to increase candidate hires from veteran talent pools. Manage key programs central to the success in achieving the companyA?s recruiting and retention goals. Serve as liaison between marketing, IT and social media teams to ensure highest levels of effectiveness with recruiting, licensing and training operations, materials and collateral. Review and assess the effectiveness of sales assessments to ensure their adequacy in the selection process Provide back:up to recruiters as needed Supervisory Responsibility Influence, Coach and communicate effectively with all department employees. Qualifications Education Required BachelorsA? Degree Work Experience Required 5+ years of Military, Financial Services or Marketing Experience and 3+ years of Recruiting and/or HRIS Experience Preferred Series 6 or 7 and Series 25 or 26 Securities Licenses Project Management Experience Certifications Preferred Series 6 or 7 and Series 24 or 26 Securities Licenses PHR or PMP Knowledge, Skills and Abilities In:depth knowledge and understanding of current Recruit
