Job Description:/h3:
Program Manager, Scale Reduction Products and Installation Services
The recent combination of A.O. Smith and Aquasana provides numerous opportunities to collaborate and drive growth. This role will be responsible for driving synergies in two key areas: (1) pairing Aquasana scale reduction products with AO Smith water heaters and (2) enabling AO Smith plumber network to support the Aquasana sales queue. Responsibilities will fall into several key areas:
(1) Program Operations: Working closely with key stakeholders, this role coordiantes the success of key initiatives driven throughout the company. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, (1) managing launch of scale reduction product bundle: ensuring marketing collateral is ready, product delivery dates are met, and serving as the front:line contact for program escalations; and (2) managing launch of whole house installation services in sales queue and online. In both cases, this role represents the key point:of:contact ensuring program(s) success throughout the company.
(2) Program Marketing: Collaborate with marketing counterparts to develop requirements, set timelines, and define deliverables to support programs. Utilize these marketing resources to drive performance both through the channel (scale reduction products) and sales queue (installation services).
(3) Product Support: Manage projects to improve the program offerings either through (a) the New Product Development (NPD) process for new product offerings and/or (b) cross:functional projects, such as the buildout of Salesforce module capabilities to support installation program. Ensure product specifications are fully vetted and understood and that these specifications meet the needs of customers.
Specific initiatives may include, but are not limited to:
Sales Support: Directly support the Tankless scale reduction product line, as needed, to address requirements of customers and distributors. Participate in customer meetings, define required actions to meet deliverable timelines and drive projects to conclusion. Act as internal point of contact ensuring that customer requirements are translated into products/services that the organization understands and can consume. Work with procurement and warehouse management organization to ensure that an appropriate level of stock is forecasted to support the business.
Cross:Functional Management: Working in conjunction with key stakeholders, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day communications with service partners and growing revenue from the program(s). The role includes a balance of relationship management, problem solving and communications between Aquasana and our service/channel partners.

Key Requirements:
Problem:solving and program management skills;
An excellent work ethic;
Must be a good communicator, both oral and written;
Ability to work independently and function as team member;
Educational Requirements:
Should possess a 4:year college degree or have equivalent work experience;
Program and/or project management experience preferred;
Should be proficient in basic office computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Project, etc.); as well as the ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains processes.
