The Recruiting Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Recruiting department. This team member will primarily support all facets of recruiting to include posting positions, pre:screening candidates, scheduling interviews, processing background checks and drug screens.JOB DUTIES:Responsible for processing pre:employment drug screens and background checks.Responsible for posting positions on internal company web site and various external company website.Schedule job fairs and campus recruiting events.Partner with HRIS to ensure accurate and timely entry of new hire paperwork.Maintain various reports as assigned.Work with various recruiting vendors that support our background checks, drug screens, and job postings.Assist Recruiters with pre:screening candidates and scheduling interviews.Responsible for tracking and processing Corporate relocations.REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:Reports to: Recruiting ManagerDirect Reports: None KnowledgeUnderstanding of HR policies and procedures. Knowledge of statutory regulations pertaining to recruiting, such as, but not limited to anti:discrimination laws and pre:employment screening. Should possess the ability to interpret job descriptions and determining where and how positions should be posted.SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and maintain reports. Must be very detailed oriented and with strong follow:up skills. Must have great customer service skills to assist internal and external customers. Experience1 : 2 years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience.High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.WORK CONDITION:Normal office environment. Some overtime may be required as needed.
