**Talent Management Leader**

Electronics Systems \\(ES\\), headquartered in Arlington, Texas, is one of four L3 business segments, and provides a broad range of components, products, subsystems, systems and related services for military and commercial customers\\. We are searching for a business leader with deep functional expertise in Talent Management to play a key role in ensuring we have the talent to fuel our growth strategy\\.
In this high profile and visible role, you will report directly to the ES Segment VPHR and work closely with the senior Segment leadership team, the sector presidents HR leaders as well as their respective teams\\. The dynamic, driven leader we seek will collaborate with senior leadership, the HR Centers of Excellence and the ES VPHR to develop and drive the ES HR strategy focused on talent management and organizational performance including talent acquisition, onboarding and retention; learning and organizational development, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, assessments, workforce planning, employee engagement, affirmative action, communication and training\\.

+ Partnering with business leaders, HR business partners and Corporate HR Centers of Excellence \\(COE\\) to design, align, develop and implement the segment s standard talent acquisition, retention and development framework and set of tools to be leveraged by all segment business sectors

+ Collaborating with HR business partners to understand and leverage existing practices while improving, enhancing and standardizing processes while fortifying and adding to an emerging infrastructure
+ Being a trusted partner, subject matter expert and resource to business and HR leaders while thinking conceptually and strategically and executing with a results\\-driven approach
+ Leading and aligning existing talent professionals who are geographically dispersed and embedded within the business sectors while augmenting your team with critical, mutually agreed talent, to achieve strategic and operational targets
+ Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and policies throughout the world

+ Diagnosing, assessing, innovating, designing, developing and deploying talent management, employee engagement and learning and organizational development strategies, initiatives and practices aligned with the Company s Values and Leadership Excellence Expectations in support of the high\\-growth business strategy
+ Designing, developing and delivering leadership training programs focused on key talent pools including Engineering, Business Development, Program Management and General Managers
+ Innovating, building, standardizing and integrating key talent processes such as assessing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, onboarding, succession planning and career development to attract and retain the best talent available
+ Developing and driving a diversity and inclusion strategy that supports the business strategy by attracting, welcoming, developing, including and retaining a broad array of talent so that our diversity strengthens us and is a key differentiator for our business
+ Developing and implementing a college relations program to ensure that we are a sought after employer of choice for college interns and co\\-op candidates
+ Utilizing and leveraging SuccessFactors, Taleo and/or other top\\-tier HRIS/LMS/ATS/AAP solutions to enable the talent management strategy and empower our employees
+ Demonstrating a track record of growing your career through a combination of complex assignments, projects and promotions, preferably with international experiences and exposures
**Qualifications**
+ 15 years of progressively responsible and successful HR leadership experience as a business partner supporting a global, diverse, highly educated organization
+ Significant experience developing and deploying talent acquisition, retention and development strategies for a globally dispersed, highly technical workforce
+ Proven experience in diagnosing organization capability requirements and translating these into practical leadership development applications, tools, practices, interventions, training programs and processes
+ Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with, deploying and training others to use SuccessFactors, Taleo and/or other top\\-tier HRIS/LMS/ATS/AAP solutions that enable our leaders and empower our employees
+ Knowledge and experience deploying change management methodologies while leading and facilitating large\\-scale organization/transformational change initiatives
+ Proficient with leveraging and driving adoption of Learning Management Systems to administer, deliver, facilitate, track and audit training and development programs for a global enterprise
+ Excellent oral and verbal presentation skills with extensive experience creating and delivering presentations
+ Professional executive presence and communication skills
+ Track record of managing large, global projects with diverse constituencies, tight deadlines and competing priorities
+ Experienced recruiting, developing, and leading a globally dispersed team of talent management professionals
+ Operated with a sense of urgency and a bias for action while showing strong attention to detail and follow\\-up in a hands\\-on, lead from the front fashion
+ Developed, measured, reported and leveraged data and metrics linked to Strategic Goal Deployment \\(Hoshin Planning\\) to drive decisions and continuous improvement
+ Earned a Bachelor of Science or Administration in a Business, Human Resources, Liberal Arts or related discipline; Master of Business Administration strongly preferred
