We are easy to work with and care about the solutions we provide because we know our customers use our services to protect their interests and sustain their organization.About the Opportunity:The Healthy House Call Recruiter supports the overall success of the House Call program by sourcing and selecting nurse practitioners to provide in-home health assessments to eligible members throughout the United States. The recruiter will execute the national recruiting plan employing strategies identified and developed in the state specific action guide. The program runs during a 12-month calendar year with assessment completion goals each month. The recruiter is measured by their ability to achieve fulfillment goals according to a production schedule and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) developed for each recruiting region.Role:The hiring decision is made by the HHC Recruiter and is based upon results of the interview and feedback from the Provider Relations Manager on the network attributes and coverage needs. The HHC Recruiter meets regularly with Provider Relations Managers to understand existing coverage gaps in order to refine recruiting strategies, collaborate on recruiting challenges and build fulfilment timelines. The Recruiter remains engaged with the candidates throughout the onboarding process and continues to maintain relationships in order to add qualified leads to the pipeline through referrals.Recruiting:Create recruiting action plans to document the recruitment approach for each region as appropriate outlining the strategy, tools and techniques used to source, select and hire candidates for network coverageMeet weekly call goals and monthly fulfillment goalExecute recruitment action plan by aggressively recruiting for nurse practitioners through various sources, including the EMSI database, internet, job boards, referrals, nursing schools, research, social media networking, direct mail and job fairs to develop a strong candidate pipelineAssess applicant's soft skills and aptitude for in home member careEducate potential candidates about the value of the HHC program to the member, describe the experience in the field and explain the performance guidelines created to ensure member satisfaction in all aspects of serviceOwnership of the selection process to include resume/application review and pre-screeningNegotiation and closing responsibilities to include extending an offer to the candidate, negotiating compensation, and obtaining their firm acceptance of the offerFulfillment of the network coverage needs within the defined territory and forecasted capacity requirementServe as the primary contact person for the nurse practitioner throughout the hiring and credentialing process by troubleshooting, counseling, and problem solving when necessarAssist Credentialing in provider engagement required for incomplete or missing documentation in the provider file for initial credentialing and re-credentialing requirementIdentify opportunities for implementing full-time and part-time salaried nurse practitionersAchievement of established recruiting metrics and KPIsNetworking:Create contacts within the industry and potential state, regional partners to locate qualified candidatesActively network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and the existing provider networkIdentify and assist in building networks to find qualified passive candidatesMaintain regular contact with possible future candidatesEstablish regular communication channels with the Provider Relations Managers and active nurse practitioners to establish rapport and source new candidate leadsPerformance:Produce progress reports to HHC Recruitment Supervisor and the HHC Vice President of OperationsIdentify new recruiting strategies and networking opportunities to reduce the ramp timeline YOYAchieve recruiting metrics and KPIs Qualifications and Education Requirements:Three (3) years' experience as a recruiter with at least two (2) years in a health care environmentExperience using Geo tools including mappingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsEMSI is proud to be an EEO-AA employer M/F/D/V and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledQualifications and Education Requirements:Three (3) years' experience as a recruiter with at least two (2) years in a health care environmentExperience using Geo tools including mappingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsEMSI is proud to be an EEO-AA employer M/F/D/V and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace
