Texas Health Fort Worth has a full-time Nursing Supervisor opportunity in their 22 bed Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit.Qualified candidates will possess the following: Graduate of a NLN (National League of Nursing) or CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) accredited nursing programs.BSN preferred Supervisors hired within THR after April 1 2017, require completion of BSN within 2 years of start date.Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of NursingCurrent AHA BLS & ACLS 2 years experience as a clinical nurse, with previous experience as a charge nurse or similarleadership role. (ie.Charge Nurse, committee chair, preceptor).Critical Care ICU experience preferredNeuro experience preferredA high degree of confidentiality, positive inter-personal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environmentBasic Computer skills preferredHours/Schedule: Full-time; 3-12 hr/shifts; 7:00 pm - 7:00 am; Weekends and holidays included.Practices within the regulations of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
