Job Description
Position Summary: This position is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the clinic, including clinical matters, fiscal viability, and physical plant issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned.
:Lead a team of clinicians to improve the delivery of care and drive growth in all areas of the business. This is not a role for those that dislike change.
:Must demonstrate the ability to think critically in ambiguous situations and make decisions that are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
:Create a warm and fun environment for patients and team.
:Profit and Loss Responsibility.
:Supervise the clinics operations according to the organizations administrative and clinical protocols, as well as all applicable federal and state regulations.
:Schedule staffing for the clinics operating hours and manage payroll to budgeted levels
:Lead the clinics marketing efforts.
:Function as a liaison with other community:based agencies.
:Complete staff performance reviews and evaluations annually.
:Screen, interview, and hire prospective staff.
:Supervise the collection of fees; submit timely, accurate billing records and reports.
:Assure that the building and grounds are maintained in a neat, clean, safe and healthy manner. Appoints and supervises the clinics safety officer.
:Reviews and evaluates all requests for equipment and supplies; ensure timely delivery of all invoices.
:Conducts and leads weekly Staff Meeting.
:Coordinates 24:hour emergency access.
:Permanent position on Treatment Team for review and approval of patient(s) Individual Treatment Plan.
:Develop and maintain the clinics outcomes management system. Prepare quarterly reports.
:Provide, or arrange for staff development and training.
:Demonstrates knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all State and Federal regulatory bodies.
:Accountable for implementing Policies and Procedures as outlined in company P and P, and in compliance with CARF standards.
:Resolve Patient Grievances as needed; resolve staff complaints as needed; evaluate Incident Reports as needed.
:Serve as the Facilities Chief Privacy Officer as required by HIPAA standards.
:Serve as the clinics designated Equal Opportunity Officer.
:Carry patient caseload if applicable
Job Standards/Minimum Qualifications: a Four:year degree in counseling, nursing, social work or experience in another field of similar experience. Masters degree in the human services field preferred. A minimum of two years supervisory experience is required. Must have a valid drivers license or state:issued ID and provide appropriate license or certificate.
