Job Description:/h3:
Growing independently family owned and operated plywood supplier and lumber distributor based in Fort Worth is seeking an outside sales representative to identify business opportunities primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.

Primary Responsibilities

:
Calling on new prospects which would include cabinet makers, contractors, individuals, etc...

:
Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.

:
Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face:to:face appointments.

:
Collaborate with the management team lead to identify best strategies and approaches to consistently achieve company sales targets as well as expand the companys marketing presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

:
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.

:
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.

Qualifications:

:
Bachelors degree preferred.

:
Three years of sales/cold calling experience preferred; strong customer service and follow:up skills.

:
Ability to find and bring in new business and comprehend the organizations product line and as well as communicate our value proposition to prospects.

:
Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.

:
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and self:motivated, and must work well individually or comfortable with minimal direction.

:
Must be willing to travel in the DFW area up to 75 of the time.

:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

:
Highly organized and attentive to detail.

:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to operate in a fast:paced environment and challenging workload.

:
Self:starter and highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

:
Strong computer skills.

:
Solid listening skills, ability to listen to, understand and respond to the needs of existing and potential clients.

:
Strong character with high level of integrity and dependability.
