We are currently looking for an Industrial Engineer to be located in our Mansfield, TX Facility.As an Industrial Engineer you will be responsible for performing standard analysis to define product cost requirements. Candidates must be able to develop ways to increase productivity, maximize efficiency and feasibility of manufacturing and business processes. Candidates must have solid knowledge of Industrial engineering fundamentals and principles and also be able to do the following:Use time and motion studies to establish production rates and work standards.Use AutoCAD to design and maintain the layout of new and existing equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate the optimal flow and efficiency.Provide data, reports, and analysis to various departments using data mining techniques and the MRP system upon request.Analyze machine capacities.Provide cost estimates/analysis for current and proposed new products.Maintain product Bill of Materials and Routings using the MRP system.Prepare process documentation including value stream maps, flow charts, and standard work combination sheets etc.Justify new machinery and equipment.Be able to adapt and function in an environment of changing priorities often under tight time constraints.Prioritize work to align with the goals of department and various project teams.Review personal progress within projects on a consistent basis and work to maintain time lines.Maintain close contact with associated engineering groups and project teams.Qualified candidates will hold a Bachlors Degree in Industrial Engineering from an ABET accredited institution with no more than three years of relevant work experience. Candidates must have strong technical, analytical, planning and organizational skills. Candidates must also be capable of facilitating projects and solutions and demonstrate oral and written communication within a team environment. Candidates will need to be proficient with MS Office Suite including Access and Project. Experience with AutoCAD and MiniTab is preferred.
