Description
Provide administrative support to the Production Deparment by entering various types of data from the AS400 system into manageable reports; work closely with inventory in variouse capacities to assure efficient productivity.
Reconcile daily operators' reports from previous days' production and adjust AS400 system as needed.
Research significant inventory variances by examining scanned fork lift sheets, shipments, transfers, production usage, etc. Work closely with various departments including production scheduling.
Reconcile material locator system to ensure accuracy of backflushed packaging components.
Reconcile pallet inventory by type and number used in production.
Work daily with Refinery Production Accountant to help reconcile oil inventory.
Assist production department with batch sheets and schedules daily.
Work closely with inventory control and production personnel on ingredient and inventory variances.
Review RF Scanning daily to determine accuracy and completeness.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous related work experience required.
Organizational and computer skills required.
Must have excellent math skills (decimals, fractions and percentages)
Must be experienced with all Microsoft Word programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as AS400.
Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
Must have good reasoning abilities in making work-related decisions.
Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs.
