Since 1976, Hedary’s Mediterranean Restaurant has been preparing the finest and the freshest Lebanese cuisine for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Under the direction of owner and Chef Leila Hedary, the restaurant serves an authentic fusion of classic Lebanese dishes and Hedary’s own creations. The award winning ‘Frarej’ is a timeless dish of chicken baked with potatoes and ripe tomatoes, baked t ogether so that the juices and flavors from the chicken and vegetables permeate each other, basted until golden with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Even classic Lebanese dishes such as Hummus Bit Tahini (garbanzo bean dip made with lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil) exude culinary excellence with Leila Hedary’s experience of over 50 years.

The restaurant itself is newly renovated and has become cozier with a bistro feel complete with white table cloths. The open kitchen allows patrons to watch the cooks in action including baking the Khubz bread fresh which is transported from the oven straight to the customer’s table. Hedary's also has an expansive wine list with wines from all over the world, including Lebanon, Isreal, Argentina, Portugal and Australia.
